Frequently asked questions
How fast can you get to a walk-in cooler that stopped cooling?
Commercial refrigeration emergencies get priority routing. During business hours we typically arrive within 2–3 hours in Vancouver–Camas and the Portland metro; outlying areas like Woodland or Stevenson are usually same day. In the Austin metro, our Leander team typically arrives within 2–3 hours in Leander, Cedar Park and Round Rock.
Do you repair Hoshizaki, Manitowoc and Scotsman ice machines?
Yes — those three plus Ice-O-Matic make up most of what we see. We handle no-ice and slow-production faults, water inlet valves, float switches, bin thermostats, cleaning and descaling, and refrigerant-side repairs.
Do you service fryers, ranges and ovens, or only refrigeration?
Both. Our technicians work on gas and electric cooking equipment — fryers, ranges, griddles, charbroilers and convection ovens — as well as all commercial refrigeration and ice.
Can you set up a maintenance agreement for several locations?
